THIS ORANGE WINE IS MADE FROM THE ALBARINO GRAPE, A VARIETY KNOWN FOR ITS BRIGHT ACIDITY AND FLORAL AROMATICS. THE WINE IS FERMENTED ON ITS SKIN FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD, GIVING IT A DEEP ORANGE COLOR AND A COMPLEX, RUSTIC CHARACTER. ON THE NOSE, IT HAS BOLD AROMAS OF RIPE APRICOT AND TANGERINE, WITH HINTS OF WHITE FLOWERS AND WET STONE. ON THE PALATE, IT HAS A RICH, FULL-BODIED TEXTURE WITH A BRIGHT ACIDITY THAT PROVIDES A REFRESHING BALANCE TO THE WINE’S NATURAL SWEETNESS.
